Post 134 Event & Community Room Rentals
​​Active, dues paying Post 134 Legion members (Legionnaires, Auxiliary, SAL, Riders) may rent available spaces, for a discounted fee, by using the request form below. You must be a member of the Post 134 Legion Family to use this form. Members from other Legion Posts are considered General Public and must coordinate rentals with the Village of Morton Grove at full rental price.
Post 134 requests made through this form will be vetted and if not considered an active, dues paying member of Post 134 will be referred to the Village of Morton Grove. All Post 134 Legion Family rental requests must be coordinated through the Post 134 Village Liaison, Matt Ingram (217) 766-6255 after filling out the form. If you're part of the Post 134 Family, please don't contact the village of Morton Grove directly to make a rental request.
Meeting rooms and main hall are available to rent for the General Public by calling Larry Hanover (Manager, Morton Grove Civic Center) at (847) 663-3071.
Room Information
Main Hall
The hall is mainly carpeted with a dance floor in front of the stage. A sound system with microphone is available. A warming only kitchen is adjacent to the hall and available.
Main Hall Capacity: 170 seating, 250 maximum.
Community Room
Fully carpeted with a warming/serving kitchenette available. The Community Room is on second floor and has elevator access.
Community Room Capacity: 50 seating, 100 maximum.
Library
On second floor. Four computer terminals.
Library Capacity: maximum 25 people. No eating or drinking.
Progams & Craft Room
On second floor. Tiled floor.
P & C Room Capacity: maximum 35 people.
